The kit includes all the accessories essential to preparing matcha: a chasen (bamboo whisk), a chasen holder, a bamboo scoop (chashaku) and a matcha bowl, depending on the composition of the kit you choose.

The chasen blends matcha with water perfectly, producing a homogeneous drink with a fine, creamy foam. It is the traditional tool used in the Japanese tea ceremony.

The method is the same: mix the powder with a little water or milk, then use the chasen to achieve a smooth, homogeneous and lightly frothy texture.
